About Jarjit Singh

Jarjit Singh is a humorous and lovable character from the Malaysian animated series Upin & Ipin. A 5-year-old of Punjabi descent, he’s easily recognized by his red turban (patka) and his signature two-line rhyming poems that often start with “Dua tiga…” Known for his witty one-liners and the catchphrase “Marvelous! Marvelous!”, Jarjit adds a unique comedic flair to the show. Though sometimes annoying to his friends, his charm and creativity make him a fan favorite, representing cultural diversity in a fun and engaging way.
